Introducing our artisanal orchard vermouth, crafted from fermented Dabinett apples sourced from the British Apple Co. We ferment, fortify, and infuse the apple molasses with herbs, spices, and botanicals for a month, creating an all natural, slightly hazy vermouth. 
Its flavour profile features warm cinnamon, rich dates, dried strawberries, sweet vanilla, tart hibiscus, resulting in a complex and aromatic experience.
