Leith Bitter Rosso, made in our own way.
We take a neutral grain spirit, infuse it with a mix of herbs, fruits and botanicals with a citrus hit from, oranges and lemons. Gentian and cherry bark provide the bitterness, while the hibiscus flower give us the natural red colour.
The result, an aperitivo that perfectly balances sweet and bitter, making it incredible versatile, pour it into your spritz, mix it into your favourite cocktails or serve up over ice with a splash of soda.
